October brought my first round of In Colour Club to a close. While it is always sad to see the fun come to an end, it was also a fantastic opportunity to show my gratitude to those who joined me. I had a lot of fun creating these thank you gifts to include in the final kits.
Gather Together and Beautiful Autumn are two of my favourite Autumn stamp sets. Given that the club was finishing in October, it seemed fitting to incorporate them into my gift designs.
October is all about tricks and treats so I had to include a yummy treat as a gift. A Jersey Milk chocolate bar can be found inside these super cute and simple treat holders. Quick measurements for anyone wanting to create these at home – DSP 2.5″ x 12″ scored at 6″. Celebration Labels dies created the cute tag topper. Item #153570 $48.00.
Attendees also received a Stampin’ Up! lanyard. These lanyards come in two different designs and I was so excited to share these with my In Colour Club ladies. It’s both useful AND cute! To decorate these pillow boxes, I added a small piece of the gorgeous Gilded Autumn designer series paper. This paper has copper and gold foil highlights on some designs and is just stunning in person. A cute tag, ribbon and embellishment completed this cute package. The leaf and acorn images were punched from the Gilded Autumn Specialty designer series paper with the Autumn Punch Pack.
I want to say a HUGE thank you again to all the wonderful ladies who joined me for my first ever In Colour Club. It was such fun and was also such a hit that I am running it again for anyone who missed out on the first round. This second club begins in November and registration is open until November 8. Wow Kristen what a lot of work. Every piece is just beautiful!!!
Thanks so much Karen! It’s a labour of love. Gift packaging is one of my favourite things to create.
Hi Kristen
That is a fantastic way to bring the club to an end. I’ve always leaned a new technique or two attending your classes. They’re always creative and so much fun. So glad you enjoyed the club. I followed your post and what a great way to start new comers. ?
Thanks Jan. I have enjoyed having you in my classes. I hope we are able to gather again safely soon. I sure miss it! The club was a super fun way for everyone to get their hands on the new in colours. Maybe it is something you could try with crafting friends to get you started?
